“I live in Arizona and visit my daughter frequently. This visit, however, was going to be a longer visit. We planned on doing a number of craft projects together. I decided to pull my cargo trailer to have better access to my supplies. I parked my trailer in my daughter’s apartment parking using her extra parking pass. No problem for the first two weeks. Then I was told that trailers could not be parked there and that I had to move it within 48 hours. I offered to pay for a space, but my offer was rejected. I planned to return home early. I asked them for an additional 18 hours. I was told that towing had already been scheduled for the 48 hour deadline. Boy, was I unhappy.
I had rented storage once before with A-1, so I headed there [sic], San Juan Capistrano location. Alysa had been pleasant the first time around, but this time she turned a very stressful, unhappy situation into something easy and calm. I drove the trailer home, stored my supplies, and returned to stay even longer. First time around..good. Second time..more so. Would recommend A-1 again and again.”

” A-1’s attention to detail with respect to customer service is outstanding and was the most important factor in my decision to rent an A-1 unit. Finding the right storage storewasveryimportant to me because that is where my possessions will be “living”. Aftera rigorous comparisonof fourlocalstorage facilities all within 5 minutes of each other, A-1 was the undisputable winner. Customer serviceis top notch and provided by the most welcome, professional and efficient manager, Mark. He was absolutely committed to my finding exactly the right size and affordable cost for my particular needs. Aftercompleting the paperwork andpurchasing a circular lock,Mark walked me to my new storage unit,watched while I practiced unlocking and unlocking the unit, showed me how to enter my code number at the gate, and assured me that he would be availablefor assistance should I need it. One thing that really impressed me wasthe cleanliness of the entire property. Thenature of my work requires frequent visits to mystorageunit and it is clear that the whole facilityis very well maintained. For interior units, the hallways areunobstructed andautomatically and brightly lit by sensors. There are also safety mechanisms that detect unauthorized entry. Moreover,in addition to the convenienceofelevators and flat dollies for transporting storage items, A-1 also will provide a free truck to unit renters when needed. The main office ofmy local A-1 is immaculate and customer friendly with complementary pens, assorted candies, water cooler, and chairs as well asa very attractively displayed array of products for both moving and storage. From my first inquiry by phone to my current frequent usage of my unit, the entire experience has been welcoming, convenient and completely stress free. Based on my experience, I would not rent a unit anywhere other than A-1.”
