Customer Review for A-1 Self Storage San Jose Capitol

customer service survey with excellent box checkedAt A-1 Self Storage we value your feedback! Our goal is to ensure we provide quality products and the level of superior customer service you deserve. Customer reviews help us ensure we’re offering the absolutely best experience possible.

Barbara K. is a new customer at our A-1 Self Storage – Baroni Ave location in San Jose, CA. Here is the amazing “A-1 Story” she recently shared with us:

“My family has never used a storage facility and have heard horror stories of theft, weather related damage, etc.

Where to begin?  What should we look for?

First and foremost – Exactly what we got with A-1 Self Storage!!  Secure, video camera/state of the art locking system for perimeter doors & unit, safe (well lit hallways) and good customer service.  The units are clean and hallways/outside areas are free of debri.

Our representative assisted in determining our needs and appropriate size, explained in detail how each unit is secured independently, provided equipment to make the move in easier and represented the company in a professional and efficient manner.  It was also impressive how long she had been an employee (10+ years) – which speaks to the integrity of the company.

It was helpful to schedule our reservation on line and confirmation was waiting when we arrived. We appreciate the ability to pay on-line or at the on-site kiosk and especially the hours of operation, which provides access at our convenience.

I immediately posted my favorable impression using YELP,  and look forward to possibly being used as a ‘spokesperson’ for your outstanding company.”

Thank you so much for sharing your experience with us, Barbara!

Why do you use A-1 Self Storage? Is it the stellar staff, or the cleanliness of our store? Is the location hard to beat? Tell us your “A-1 Story” and if we post your submission on our blog, we’ll give you one month FREE rent!

Summer is almost here! It’s time to get your home off to a good start this season. Once summer rolls around there is nothing better than lounging outdoors surrounded by beautiful weather, and family and friends.  Just use these simple tips to help get your home ready for the summertime.

Stock Up For Summer – Stock up on summer essentials. Fill your medicine cabinet with sun block, aloe and insect repellent beach towels. Also stock up on summer toys and games for the little ones to keep them preoccupied this summer.

Install Out Door Lighting- Lights are a must for backyard entertaining. Luckily they aren’ t too hard to install! Don’t call it a night just because the sun has set. Add lanterns, twinkle lights or even a portable fire pit to your backyard to make it a nighttime friendly.

Prepare Your Patio – Pull your patio furniture out from storage if you haven’t already, and give it a thorough cleaning. If your seat cushions have seen better days, consider replacing them with new bright fun colors!

Reseal Your Fence and Deck – Wooden fences and decks take a beating in all the types of weather, so give them a little TLC. Check that no boards need to be replaced, and give them a fresh coat of sealer to protect them all summer long.

Eliminate the excess – Clear your home of all the clutter. Consider packing away your knickknacks to give your home a lighter feeling. Consider rolling away extra rugs and blankets. Just some simple changes can help lighten up your home!

Check Your Air Conditioner – When the A/C sits idle for months it collects debris so a little bit of maintenance is often needed to get it running properly. The last thing you would want is on the first really hot day of summer you go to turn the A/C  only to  find that it doesn’t work.

Don’t wait any longer! Get your home ready for the summer heat.
