The City of Alhambra is holding their second annual 5K Pumpkin Run & Festival on Saturday, October 3rd.
As the 5K route will require road closures, traffic around our A-1 Self Storage location in Alhambra, CA will be impacted. Be aware of the road closures and detours between 4 AM and noon.
When traveling in the area, please follow all detours and traffic control. Allow for extra travel time due to the delays expected.
The City of La Mesa is holding their annual Oktoberfest on October 2nd and 3rd from noon to 10 pm. This event brings vendors and visitors from all over to La Mesa for a weekend devoted to friends, family, food and great entertainment.
The activity will take place in downtown La Mesa Village, traffic around our A-1 Self Storage location in La Mesa on Spring Street may be delayed.

This existing 26,740-square foot self storage facility serves Austin, TX. This was an off-market transaction with the Seller.
Developed in 1975, AAA Storage South Lamar consists of 5 single-story drive-up self storage buildings and approximately 3,186-square feet of retail situated on 1.76 acres. The facility is in an ideal location with excellent visibility on South Lamar Blvd which averages over 33,000 vehicle trips per day.
